Cost:

The Chancellor has recently announced that the rate of VAT will reduce from 17.5% to 15% from Monday 1st December. All orders will have the benefit of the 2.5% reduction in VAT, making your favourite internet business services even more affordable.

Services Cost

My Virtual Admin services are competitive in price and affordable to our clients. We only charge for the actual time spent on the work which saves your business money.

All work is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes and internet research and emailing incur no telephone charges.

Hourly Rate:

We charge an hourly rate for general and on-going administrative support. Detailed time sheets are provided regularly to our clients and invoicing will be calculated in 15 minute increments.

  • Hourly charges start at a basic rate of £17.50 + VAT for basic office administration.

The hourly rate excludes any material required including stationery, postage, and CD’s. These are charged separately at the cost price.

Retainer Packages:

Our retainer packages allow you to utilize our services when the time is most beneficial to your business. Our rates are below:

  • 10 Hours per month £150.00 + VAT
  • 20 Hours per month £300.00 + VAT
  • 30 Hours per month £450.00 + VAT

All Retainer Packages must be payable in advance and any additional hours will be charged at the standard rate of £17.50 + VAT per hour.

If you wish to cancel a Retainer Package, we require one month notice in advance.

Any unused hours can be transferable for a period of one month.

Availability

My Virtual Admin services are available during normal office hours i.e. 9.00am - 5.00pm but we also offer an additional out of hours service which is available during evenings, weekends, and public holiday periods.
